Annual Program Planning Meeting
Tuesday, July 10th at 9:30 am

In the Weaverville Town Hall Community Room

* Please bring your program ideas for the upcoming season to our annual programming meeting. *

Thanks to our members, we’ve had a fabulous year of programs, with quite a few events on the road, and great experiences had by all. We hope you learned a bit more about gardening in our area and had some fun along the way.

Please start thinking about what you would most enjoy learning about this coming year. It can be anything really: flowers, trees, shrubs, vegetables, garden design, garden products of various sorts, as well as topics related to nature and the environment, etc.  It really helps if you already have ideas regarding a possible speaker or tour destination. If your program is selected, you will have the small but essential responsibility of following up to arrange the speaker or tour. You will meet some truly interesting people in the process!

All The Garden Club of Weaverville  programs and business meetings are FREE and open to the public. Programs start at 9:30 AM the second Tuesday of each month in the Community Room of the Weaverville Town Hall, 30 South Main Street, Weaverville, NC unless otherwise noted on our website or member email.

We are a non-profit co-ed service organization open to everyone. For membership and donation information click on the About page on the top menu. To join, click on and download a Membership Form in the top right of the home page and follow directions.
