The Garden Club of Weaverville maintains four flower beds along Main Street in downtown Weaverville and creates the wreaths to decorate the fire station, Town Hall and other buildings for the holidays. The next time you’re in town, stroll through the Main Street Nature Park. Relax on one of the benches and enjoy the sculpture donated by the Garden Club. Each year we volunteer hundreds of hours to work in the wildflower garden and other areas. Proceeds from the Rummage Sale supports this project and many more the Garden Club is involved with throughout town.
The Garden Club is an organization open to everyone. It meets the second Tuesday of each month at 9:30 AM in the Weaverville Town Hall Community Room at 30 S. Main Street. Monthly programs are FREE and open to the public. Please join us to learn more about gardening in North Carolina.
